• Provider: GreenPow OÜ (first-party).
• Purpose: Stores your "Accept" or "Decline" choice in your browser's local storage so we do not show the cookie banner on every visit.
• Retention: Stored in localStorage until you clear your browser data or change your choice from the footer "Cookie settings" entry point.
• Sharing data: Not shared with third parties.

UTM record (gp_utm)

• Provider: GreenPow OÜ (first-party).
• Purpose: Temporarily holds the UTM parameters (e.g. utm_source, utm_campaign) from the URL that brought you to the site, so that if you submit a contact form during the same session we can attribute the inquiry to the correct campaign.
• Retention: Stored in sessionStorage and cleared when you close the browser tab.
• Sharing data: Sent only with your form submission to our CRM (Pipedrive).

6.2 Statistics and marketing (only after you accept)

These tags are not loaded at all unless you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline, the scripts below are never injected and the cookies below are never set.

Google Tag Manager (GTM)

• Provider: Google LLC.
• Purpose: Container that loads our measurement tags (currently Google Analytics 4) after consent. GTM itself does not set tracking cookies; it loads the tags listed below.
• Retention: Not applicable for GTM itself.
• Sharing data: See the Google Tag Manager and Google Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

• Provider: Google LLC.
• Purpose: Aggregated, pseudonymous measurement of page views, sections visited, language, and conversion events (such as contact form submissions) so we can improve the site.
• Cookies set:
  • _ga - distinguishes unique users. Retention: 2 years.
  • _ga_<container-id> - persists session state for the GA4 property. Retention: 2 years.
• Sharing data: Data is processed by Google. We have configured GA4 consent mode so that analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization all follow your banner choice. See the Google Analytics Privacy Policy.

7. Consent

Choosing "Decline" after previously accepting will stop further data from being sent; to remove cookies already stored (such as _ga), clear cookies for greenpow.io in your browser settings.
